4. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

5333db is a gaming platform for those aged 21 and above only. By opening an account or using any service, you automatically confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

The Company may at any time request the following documents to verify age and identity:

• Birth Registration Certificate

Certain account functions may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete. If an underage person is found to have registered fraudulently, all of their transactions will be considered void.

5. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

New Members can receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → Total balance ৳17,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawing the bonus funds. The period for meeting the wagering requirement begins from the date the bonus is credited.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are applicable once only and are non-transferable.
• The Company reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• The Company reserves the right to forfeit a bonus if abuse is suspected.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Fair Play Policy

7.2 Technical Errors

• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression is determined based on gaming activity. The Company reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP Program.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5333db platform:

8.1 Fraud and Manipulation

• Attempting to hack, crack, or modify the platform's software.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using any software or device to predict game outcomes.
• Misusing the bonus system or claiming bonuses through fraudulent means.

8.2 Account-Related

• Opening an account using false information or another person's identity.
